IMPROVEMENTS ARE COMING
to our neighborhood 76 station at the gateway to the Laurel District.

Located at the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and High Street, longtime small business owner Raj Goswamy is responding to community need by making plans to replace his underutilized auto repair shop with a neighborhood market. Currently, the convenience store onsite is small, has limited hours, and offers a sparse selection of products. Raj's plans, which are supported by the Laurel District Association, will beautify a major intersection at the Laurel's archway - and will offer better hours, more products for the convenience of Laurel residents, and better lighting for nighttime safety.

IMPROVED
LANDSCAPING

This project, in addition to giving the convenience store a makeover, will include new planters, flowers, and trees to beautify this major intersection at the gateway to the Laurel District.

IMPROVED
LIGHTING

Part of this project will include upgrades to lighting on the property, including the implementation of LED lighting to improve nighttime safety for customers and pedestrians alike.

IMPROVED
PRODUCTS

By expanding the market, our 76 will carry a wide array of new products for neighborhood convenience - including eggs & milk, coffee & hot food, wine & beer, deli products, and much more.
